- Follow the return label and drop-off steps shown there

- Pick replacement or refund for a faulty item
- Photos of the problem help it go faster
Because your order, payment and delivery all sit with that store, returns and warranty claims are handled there too. It is the fastest route, and it keeps your money and your parcel in one place.

Care tips that help fidgets last
- Bend fidget sticks in the middle, not hard at the very ends
- Rinse silicone and rubber in warm soapy water and air dry
- Keep soft fidgets away from heaters and car dashboards in summer
- Spinner rings stay smoother if you wipe off sticky fingers now and then
