Who we are

KLT stands for Keep Learning from Toys. We make quiet sensory fidgets for the kids who cannot sit still, the teachers who keep a calm-down corner and the grown-ups who think better with something in their hand.

  • Quiet firstEvery KLT fidget is silent in use. If it would bother the kid at the next desk, it does not go in the corner.
  • Safe for small handsRounded edges, food-grade or third-party-tested materials, one-piece builds wherever we can.
  • Made to shareSets of 6 to 100, so a whole class, a whole party or a whole family gets the same thing.

Great sensory for all ages even adult

These are very popular especially with my middle school female students. I think they enjoy the quiet fidget/sensory items. They are simple and effective. Because they aren’t squishy they don’t get hammered on at the tables. I also bought a pack for myself. They are great

Great for any age

I love these! Perfect for toddler as calm down toys or just to practice fine motor skills. Great for matching colors as well. They seem high quality and the colors are great. They kept my toddler entertained and were just challenging enough to keep him invested. They’re so fun I want to use them honestly

Great stimulation tool!

My son is 3 years old and is on the autism spectrum. He tends to have a lot of sensory issues, so having a safe and comfortable stimulation tool for him while we’re out has been incredibly helpful.

Silent fidget

Love these fidgets. Solid silicone is easy to wash and keep clean. Quiet and tactile input is a win for most places. Keep one in my car and another in my purse to keep the kids entertained.

Match the motion

Four steps to the right fidget

  1. 1

    Notice the habit

Picking, chewing, tapping, rocking: the habit tells you what the hands are looking for.

  2. 2

    Match the motion

Rolling hands like rings, rubbing hands like stones, bending hands like sticks, flipping hands like cubes.

  3. 3

    Give it a home

A corner, a pocket, a wrist. A fidget that lives somewhere gets used instead of lost.

  4. 4

    Keep learning

Watch what sticks and swap what does not. Kids change; the corner should too.

Quiet hands

All guides

Show and tell

Are KLT fidget toys quiet enough for a classroom?

Yes. Every fidget we make is silent in use: rings roll, stones rub, sticks bend and flip cubes fold without clicks or pops. The only sound you will hear is the small snap of a slap bracelet closing round a wrist.

What does KLT stand for?

Keep Learning from Toys. It is the idea behind the whole range: a good toy in the hand helps a child settle, focus and keep learning.

Which fidget should I start with?

Watch the habit. Pickers and nail biters like spinner rings, rubbers and squeezers like worry stones, builders like fidget sticks, kids who lose things do best with a wrist fidget, and kids who repeat a movement love flip cubes.

Are they safe for young children?

Our fidgets use child-safe silicone, rubber and hard plastic with rounded edges, and the flip toys are molded in one piece. Each listing shows the recommended age; the magnetic spinners and fidget sticks with a wire core are for kids past the mouthing stage, and small rings should always be used with supervision for the very young.

How do I clean them?

Rinse silicone and rubber fidgets in warm soapy water and let them air dry. Hard plastic rings can be wiped with a damp cloth. Nothing has batteries or liquid inside.

Every question we get asked

How to choose and use KLT fidget toys

A short, practical guide from the calm-down corner: what fidget toys actually do, how to match one to a child, and how to make them work in a classroom without becoming a distraction.

What a fidget toy does (and what it does not)

A fidget gives restless hands a small, repeatable job. For many children, including kids with ADHD, autism or sensory processing differences, that steady motion makes it easier to sit, listen and finish a task. It works best when the fidget is quiet, simple and boring enough that the eyes stay on the work.

A fidget is a tool, not a treatment. It will not fix attention on its own, and the wrong one (loud, flashy, or too interesting) can make focus worse. That is why every KLT fidget is silent in use and does one thing well.

Match the fidget to the habit

Watch what the hands already do. Pickers and nail biters do well with textured spinner rings on a fingertip. Kids who rub sleeves or squeeze their hands settle with worry stones. Twisters and builders want bendable fidget sticks. Children who lose everything need a slap bracelet or stretchy string on the wrist. Rockers and tappers like the built-in loop of a flip cube or squeeze bead.

Pick by age and safety

Under 3: only toys made for babies and toddlers, like our silicone baby blocks. Ages 3 to 6: soft, one-piece fidgets such as stretchy rings, soft worry stones, flip cubes and the push-bead color sorters. School age: almost everything, including spinner rings and sticks. Teens and adults: firm worry stones, neutral-color rings and magnetic spinners look at home on a desk.

If a child still mouths toys, skip small rings, wire-core sticks and magnetic pieces, and stay close while they play.

Make fidgets work in a classroom

Teach fidgets as tools on a calm day: one fidget at a time, it stays below the desk, and if it becomes a toy it goes back in the basket. Keep a labeled basket in the calm-down corner so fidgets have a home. Rotate the choice every few weeks so nothing goes stale.

For prize boxes, identical bulk packs keep things fair. Our boxes of 24 to 100 work out at roughly $0.25 to $1.37 per fidget (the bigger the box, the lower the price per piece), and unlike candy they keep getting used after prize day. See every option on the classroom bulk page.

Cleaning and care

Rinse silicone and rubber fidgets in warm soapy water and let them air dry; wipe hard plastic rings with a damp cloth. Bend fidget sticks in the middle rather than at the ends, keep soft fidgets off hot dashboards, and dust stress balls with a little cornstarch if they turn tacky.

The corner is stocked.
