Decent quality. Kid friendly. Not suitable for very young children.
Bright colors, soft surfaces. The kids loved paying with them. The gel-like coating is easily removed, so I would not recommend for.younger children that might put small pieces in their mouth. The hard plastic, spinning ring does not come apart easily and can be used without the outer gel-like cover. Good price for decent quality (about 5 to 8 of them arrived with the gel-like, textured cover split/broken.

Great for the price and they spin easy. They aren’t big enough to fit all the way on an adult’s finger but probably a small child. Great for class gifts with a Valentine’s Day card or in a goody bag!!
